For women, we’re never just building one thing. You’re managing a business or a career, showing up for your family, keeping track of a dozen things at once, and somewhere in the middle of all of that, you have ideas you haven't had time to fully act on yet.

Brigitte Boots is a strategic marketing leader and Fractional CMO based in Talent, Oregon. In 2024, she left corporate marketing to launch her own business (her “mid-life upgrade”) and fully step into purpose-driven leadership.
With 15+ years in executive marketing, she’s scaled medical practices, restored nonprofits, and built marketing systems that align with the businesses behind them. She’s passionate about creating ripple effects in the community and showing how one empowered woman in the right room can change everything.
